No—estimates are free. You can text photos or request a quick walkthrough for an accurate quote.
How much do you charge for cleaning?
Pricing depends on size and scope. Our standard packages start around $149–$199, and move-in/move-out cleanings typically range $400–$450. We’ll confirm the best option after a few quick questions.
What’s included in a deep clean?
Detailed kitchen and bath cleaning, baseboards, light fixtures, exterior appliances, high-touch areas, and hard-to-reach spots—focused on buildup and grime.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional tools and products. Tell us about any allergies or product preferences in advance.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide a lockbox or door code. We’ll confirm entry instructions beforehand.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Recurring clients get discounted rates and priority scheduling.
Where do you serve?
We’re based in Rochester Hills, MI and serve Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Novi, West Bloomfield, Grosse Pointe, and the Detroit Metro area.
How soon can I schedule?
Often within 1–3 days, depending on the calendar. Booking early helps lock in your preferred time.
Do you clean apartments and condos?
Absolutely—apartments, condos, single-family homes, townhomes, and more.
How long will the cleaning take?
Most visits take 2.5–6 hours, depending on size and condition. We’ll recommend a package that fits your needs.
Can I book just one room or a small area?
Yes. We have a 3-hour minimum per visit and focus that time on your top priorities.
Do you handle post-construction or renovation dust?
Yes. Post-construction cleanups require extra time and filtration for fine dust. Please mention this when booking.
How do I pay?
We accept secure digital payments: credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App. (No cash.)
When is payment due?
Payment is due the day of service—most clients pay before or during the visit.
Can I tip the cleaners?
Tips are optional but appreciated. You can add a tip through any payment method or in booking notes.
Are pets okay during cleaning?
Yes! Please let us know about pets and any special instructions (crate time, doors, etc.).
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancellation fee. We’ll happily find a new time.
